Todelle LLC (“Todelle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at todelle.com and use any software applications or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of our Services.

We collect a limited amount of information:

Information You Provide Directly

• Waitlist registration: When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you of product updates and our App Store launch. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Contact correspondence: When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, and the content of your message.

App Data

Deal information you enter into our iOS application — purchase prices, rents, expenses, financing terms, and the calculations derived from them — is stored on your device and is not collected by Todelle.

Some optional features require limited information to leave your device. When you use address autocomplete, automatic data fill, or property imagery, the property address you enter (and, for imagery, its coordinates) is transmitted to our servers and to third-party data providers so that property information can be returned to you. See Third-Party Services and Data Processors below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
• Send you product launch announcements and updates if you have joined our waitlist
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send administrative communications related to your use of our Services
• Improve and develop our Services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You may opt out of waitlist communications at any time by contacting us at support@todelle.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Financial figures, underwriting assumptions, portfolio information, and the investment calculations derived from them are stored and processed locally on your device. Todelle does not receive, access, or retain them.

The property address is the exception. When you use address autocomplete, automatic data fill, or street-level imagery, the address you enter (and, for imagery, its coordinates) is sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party property-data providers so that information such as rent estimates, tax records, and photographs can be returned to you. These lookups are tied to the property rather than to you: the application has no user accounts, we do not store the addresses you look up, and we do not build a profile from them.

If you enable iCloud sync, your saved deals are stored in your own private Apple iCloud database under your Apple ID. Todelle cannot read that data.

We do not use your property or financial data to provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our applications are informational tools only.

Our iOS application relies on the following third-party services. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function:

• Property data providers (RentCast): receives the property address you look up, in order to return rent estimates, tax records, and property details. These requests are proxied through our servers.
• Google Maps Platform (Places and Street View): receives the address text you type, for autocomplete suggestions, and property coordinates, to return street-level imagery.
• RevenueCat: processes subscription purchases and entitlements on our behalf, and receives purchase events together with an anonymous, app-generated identifier.
• Sentry: receives crash reports and technical diagnostics so that we can identify and fix defects.
• Apple iCloud: if you enable sync, stores your saved deals in your own private iCloud database under your Apple ID.

Our application does not require an account. We do not use these services to advertise to you, and we do not sell your information.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting and customer support. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Todelle, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: If Todelle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Deal data entered into our iOS application is stored locally on your device and is not retained by Todelle. Property address lookups are processed only to fulfil your request and are not stored by us. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal or until the purpose for which they were collected (launch notification) has been fulfilled. Contact correspondence (emails sent to us) may be retained within our standard email systems solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

You may request deletion of any personal information we hold by contacting us at support@todelle.com.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to opt out of certain uses of your information

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@todelle.com.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
